Shipping Policy

All orders are processed the same day if received before noon CST (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after noon CST will be delivered the next day we are open.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use USPS First Class Mail and UPS Ground, all order ships out of our warehouse in Houston, TX.

Expedited shipping services are also available.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Deliveries are made from 2PM onwards Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@chessarmory.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
